Order processing

• All orders will be handled during our store hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm (CST) Monday – Friday
• Exceptions of State and Federal holidays apply and closures due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover Card as payment.
• C.O.D. is allowed however, an additional $15.00 will be charged in addition to the shipping charges applied on your order. We will call to advise of the amount and policy prior to shipping.
• Order discrepancies or errors and damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving package.

Prices

All Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a pricing discrepancy on an order has occurred, you will be contacted by email and / or phone to clarify the error and verify if you still wish to place the order at the correct pricing.

Returns

• All Returns will be handled via telephone to our web customer service assistant.
• Call 816-523-1655 for authorization of return goods.
• All merchandise that is eligible for return is subject to a 20% restocking charge. This includes merchandise on our web site and store stocked merchandise with the exception of:
  • makeup,
  • prosthetic appliances,
  • hats, facial hair,
  • wigs and wig caps,
  • dance wear and tights
  • items that have been used

Cancelled orders

Any and all canceled orders may be subject to a 20% fee depending upon the status of the order and it’s position in shipping.

Back orders / discontinued and out of stock products

• Back orders will be processed as soon as the product is available in our warehouse.
• Customer cancellation of backorder must be done within 48 hours of notification of the back order to the provided email account to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel all backorders and will advise customer accordingly.
• Discontinued and out of stock products will be supplemented with customer approval only.

Shipping rates

We ship all orders via UPS, unless other requested. The UPS Shipping rates reflected in our check out are estimates only and may vary on these exceptions;

• oversized packages,
• special conditions,
• hazardous material
• Special packing to assure proper delivery of our products.
• Hazmat items will never be shipped air freight.
• C.O.D. charges are $15.00 additional per order.
• Customer will be notified by email when the product leaves our warehouse.
• Domestic UPS only; we do not ship Internationally
• UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes
